Roxanne was
born in 1985 and was captured on May 6th 1988. She came to Boudewijn
Seapark on July 11th 1988 and gave birth to her first calf in 1993,
a male named Gorky. Gorky was moved to Zoomarine Portugal in 2001 but his
current status is unknown (probably deceased). In 1995 Roxanne gave birth to
her second calf, the male Simo, who unfortunately passed away the same year. In
1996 Roxanne gave birth to her third calf. This calf was a female and was named
Luna. Several years later Luna was moved to Zoomarine Italy and today Luna
lives at Zoomarine Portugal. Less than two years after Luna’s birth Roxanne
gave birth to her fourth calf, Marco. Marco is now living at Zoomarine Italy.
Four years later (2002) Roxanne gave birth to another calf, a male who was
named Iggy. Unfortunately Iggy is deceased. In 2003 Roxanne gave birth to her
sixth calf, Ocean, who still is living at Boudewijn Seapark. Roxanne is a
dolphin with very clear lines in her face.
