C.J. was born on November 5th 1992 at Seaworld San Diego
and is the son of the bottlenose dolphin Jenny and the common dolphin Cooper.
Sometime between 1992 and 1998 C.J. was moved to Seaworld Orlando where he
lived until April 26th 1998 when he was moved to Seaworld Ohio.
After only a few months at Seaworld Ohio C.J. was moved back to Seaworld San
Diego where he lived until April 2nd 2000 when he was moved to
Seaworld Orlando again. From Seaworld Orlando C.J. was moved to his current
home Discovery Cove in 2003.
Since C.J.’s mother was a bottlenose dolphin and his father a common dolphin C.J. is looking fairly special which makes him easy to recognize.
