Dolfijnendelta
Dolfinarium
harderwijk is a marine park in Holland. The park has 31 bottlenose dolphins and
10 porpoises plus several different seal species. The bottlenose dolphins are
divided on two centres while all of the porpoises that are not being
rehabilitated live in one centre. Dolfinarium Harderwijk also has a
rehabilitation centre where porpoises that have stranded are rehabilitated
before they are released into the sea. Below you can read about Dolfinarium

Dolfijnendelta is a large outdoor centre where
the most of the park’s dolphins live. The centre is 5 meters deep and contains
13000 cubic meters of water.
DolfijndoMijn is the centre where Dolfinarium
Harderwijk’s dolphin shows are hold. The centre is about 4,5 meters deep and
consists of several indoor pools plus one outdoor pool. In this centre live
several male bottlenose dolphins.
Bruinvisbaai
is the
centre where porpoises that have not been able to be released back to the sea
live. In this centre lives also a porpoise born in May 2009 at Dolfinarium
Harderwijk. The centre is 4 meters deep on its deepest point and contains 70
cubic meters of water.
SOSDolfijn is Dolfinarium Harderwijk’s rebailitation centre. This is where porpoises that have stranded are rehabilitated so that they can be released out to the sea again.
