Nemo was
born on April 10th 1986 at Tiergarten Stadt Nurnberg and is the son
of Eva and Moby. When he was about four years old, in June 1990, he got a little
brother named Nando. Three years later he also got another brother named Noah
and in January 1998 Nemo’s little sister Naomi was born. However Nemo had
already been moved from Tiergarten Stadt Nurnberg when Naomi was born since
Nemo and Nando were moved to Allwetterzoo in 1996. At Allwetterzoo Nemo lived
until September 2008 when he was moved to Dolfinarium Harderwijk while Nando
stayed at Allwetterzoo.
Today,
Nemo lives in Dolfinarium Harderwijk’s centre DolfijndoMijn together with
several other male bottlenose dolphins and is probably participating in the
park’s dolphin shows.
