Premija was born in September 1998 at Dolphinarium Klaipeda and is
the daughter of Gabija and Argas. She was one of the two first dolphin calves
born at Dolphinarium Klaipeda. The other calf, who was born in September 1998
too, is probably deceased. In July 2005 Premija gave birth to her first calf
that was a male and was named Nojus. The father of Premija’s calf was no one
else but Premija’s own father Argas. On September 5th 2009 Premija
gave birth to her second calf whose name and gender are unknown. The father of
this calf was Argas too. In March 2010 Premija’s oldest calf Nojus was moved to
Greece with several other dolphins from Dolphinarium Klaipeda while Premija’s
youngest calf still lives at Dolphinarium Klaipeda today with Premija, Argas,
Gabija and Glorija plus several unnamed calves.
