was captured in October 1987 and was presumed to be born in 1985. On March 29th
1988 he was moved together with the orcas Bubba, Maggie and Stella to Kamogawa
Seaworld where he has lived since then. On October 13th 2008 the
female Lovey gave birth to Oscar’s first son Earth and today Oscar lives
together with Lovey, Earth and four other orcas named Stella, Bingo, Ran II and
Lara at Kamogawa Seaworld. Oscar measures 5.7 meters and weighs 3250 kilograms.
