Clara was born in December 1999 at Loro Parque and is the daughter of Pacina and Paco. When she was only 5 and a half years old Clara gave birth to her first calf, Joan. Clara is therefore one of the youngest dolphin mothers in the world but since Joan was born Clara has not given birth to any more calves. Today Clara and Joan live in Loro Parque's dolphin centre with seven other dolphins.
