Pacina was captured on September 19th 1986 and arrived at Loro Parque in 1987. She has previously lived at Dolphin Research Center. In December 1999 Pacina gave birth to a daughter that was named Clara and when little Clara was only five and a half years old she gave birth to her first calf; Joan. Today Pacina, Clara and Joan and the rest of Loro Parque's bottlenose dolphins live in Loro Parque's dolphin centre.
