Alice stranded on April 1st 2007 and was rescued by the Texas Marine Mammal Stranding Network where she was rehabilitated. In 2008 it was decided that Alice could not return to the wild and therefore she was moved to Seaworld San Antonio on May 12th 2008. When she arrived at Seaworld San Antonio Alice at first lived in the centre Animal Care but a couple of months later she was moved to the centre Dolphin Cove where she lives today. Two other dolphins called Gilly and Mattie, which have come to Seaworld San Antonio after they stranded too, are also living in Dolphin Cove and so are several other dolphins as well. Alice eats about 5 kilograms each day (2008).
