Notchfin was captured on October 26th 1975 and arrived at Seaworld San Diego the same year where she lived until she was moved to Seaworld San Antonio. Today Notchfin is the mother of three female dolphins called Nacha, Bailey and Finagain and all of them are also mothers themselves making Notchfin the grandmother of the dolphins Marius, Nikki, Beetle, Palawas, Osbourne and Spat. Notchfin lives in Seaworld San Antonio's centre Dolphin Cove.
