Donley stranded on November 3rd 2009 and arrived at Texas State Aquarium the same day where he lived for a few days until he was moved to Texas Marine Mammal Stranding Network. In December 2009 it was decided that Donley could not return to the wild since he was very young when he stranded. In January 2010 it was decided that Donley was going to move to Seaworld San Antonio and on March 4th 2010 he was moved to Seaworld San Antonio where he lives today.
