Relatives: mother Xena, the halfsister Eve and a halfbrother that passed away at just a few weeks of age

Klondike was born on July 13^th 2002 at Marineland Canada and is the son of Xena. When he was about 3 years old Klondike got a halfbrother but unfortunately the little male calf passed away after just a few weeks. About one and a half year later Klondike was moved to Seaworld Orlando together with Juno and Aurek. At Seaworld Orlando a female beluga named Spooky already lived but unfortunately Spooky passed away about one year later, in November 2007. Just about 6 months later a new female beluga arrived at Seaworld Orlando: Maple. Today all of Seaworld Orlando’s belugas, Klondike, Maple and Aurek,  live together in the same centre. All of them are trained but as Seaworld Orlando does not have any beluga shows they are not participating in any shows.
