Sandy
was born on February 3rd 1978 at Seaworld Orlando and both of her
parents’ names are unknown. When she was eight year old, on August 25th
1987, Sandy gave birth to her first calf that was a male and was named Suds.
Three years later she gave birth to another son named Bubba and three years
after that she gave birth to her first daughter that was named Bullet. Bullet’s
father was a common dolphin making Bullet a very special dolphin. When Bullet
was four years old, in 1997, Sandy gave birth to her third son named Diego,
probably because he was born at Seaworld San Diego, and three years later she
gave birth to yet another son named Sydney. In 2005 Sandy gave birth to her
second daughter named Sophie. Today three of Sandy’s six calves still live at
Seaworld San Diego (Bullet, Sydney and Sophie) while Bubba lives at Seaworld
Orlando and Diego lives at Discovery Cove. Suds unfortunately passed away in
1998.
