Micha was captured on July 10^th 1988 and was presumed to be 2 years, born in 1986. At first he lived at Acuario National de Cuba but he came to Italy already the same year as he was captured. In Italy Micha lived at several dolphinariums, for example Aquario di Genova (October 13^th 1993-May 27^th 1995) and Riccione (December 1^st 1995-May 13^th 1996 and October 18^th 1996-?) before he arrived at Oltremare sometime between 2004 and 2007. In 2008 or 2009 Micha was moved from Oltremare to Zoosafari di Fasano where he currently lives together with another male bottlenose dolphin named Golia.
